Hi everyone! So my friend Kate has been helping me find makeup looks to try my hand at and so today’s inspiration comes from soyih on instagram. I’ve used Glamour Doll Eyes shadows in lovesick, Coquette, Mackinac, and ‘Til Death; I’ve also used GDE products Peach is the New Blush, Ms. Monroe, So Fetch.
Hey everyone and Happy Sunday to you! There’s just something about spring/summer mornings when no one is awake and I get to sit with a hot fresh cup of coffee and ponder life. To tell the truth, it’s one of the few moments during the day when I have time to myself and so even if it’s early (and it usually is!), I treasure it.
Now – onto some new makeup to show you today! I’ve used new Wet N Wild products in this look, including: PhotoFocus Foundation in Shell Ivory, MegaGlo Illuminating Palette in Catwalk Pink, and ColorIcon Ombre Blush in In a Purple Haze. I also used two eyeshadow palettes I’ve shown before: Heart and Heavy and Hieroglyphic Heart.
Hi everyone! In my seemingly never-ending quest to try out more adventurous makeup looks, today I’m going to show you a two-toned green & purple makeup look with Glamour Doll Eyes Pass the Bubbly [press sample], ‘Til Death, FrankenGlamour, and Bittersweet.
Hey everyone! Today is my oldest son’s birthday celebration so I’ve got to make this a quick post. I tried out a new look in my quest to break out of neutrals. Morning all! Continuing on my journey to be more adventurous in my makeup looks, I’ve been wanting to try out a golden eyebrow look for awhile. (I’ve done precisely one other colored eyebrow look, also with Glamour Doll Eyes eyeshadows.)
For today’s look, I’ve used GDE Cheapskate, 4th Date, Juicy Mango, and Bat Queen.
Good morning, wonderful lovely readers! As I mentioned last week, I’ve been finding myself in a neutral rut when it comes to eyeshadow looks.
For today’s look using Urban Decay Hatter and C-Note (from the Alice Through the Looking Glass and Vice 4 eyeshadow palettes, respectively), I’m venturing even farther away from neutral territory.
Morning everyone! Lately I’ve noticed that reviewing makeup notwithstanding, I’ve fallen into a rut with my makeup looks – I tend to play it safe with neutrals & browns or neutrals & purples. I mean, yeah, play to your strengths but I need to stretch myself a bit.
That’s how this makeup look with Glamour Doll Eyes Dreamboat and Cozy Sweater with Jesse’s Girl Sounds of the City eyeshadow palette came about. I’ve also used an untried lippie from Jordana, Cinnamon Toast from the Sweet Cream Matte line. Continue reading
