I’ve sat and sat on these pictures of Femme Fatale Cosmetics Unicorn Treasure Trove, a Hella Holo Customs polish, for like….ever, so I guess it’s high time I show them to you!
Unicorn Treasure Trove was a polish created for the Hella Holo Customs Facebook group for January 2016. (Holy crap, really?! Dayum. I need to be more timely.) It is described as “lavender holo base with gold sparkles, fine gold flakes, silver holo microglitter and fine holo gold micro glitter.”
Formula was good – pretty much perfect for me, a good thickness. It does dry matte. This is 3 thin coats plus top coat.
Let me know what you think of this pretty polish!
Well hello there again! I’m back with some older photos that never got posted…hmm surprise surprise. Today I have a few photos of Femme Fatale Cosmetics Bewitched to show you. This was a limited edition Valentine’s polish, I believe.
Bewitched is a nude polish with small holographic circle glitters and golden shimmer that looks silvery-purple in some lights and golden neutral in other lights.
Formula on this was good – nothing really to complain about other than it being more textured than expected. This is 3 thin coats plus 2 coats of top coat.
I’d totally forgotten about this polish – I think it’s time to pull it out again and re-visit it! What do you think?
You know what’s funny about this manicure? I didn’t realize until after I picked the polishes and started doing my nails that all three polish names sort of go together: Eternal Sunset, Sunrise Funfair, and Winged Cupid. 😀 LOL I’m also a super smarty pants and didn’t write down any notes for this. Uhhh oops? Okay, let’s check this mani out!
Pahlish Winged Cupid is a blush-toned scattered holographic nail polish. I’ve used it underneath Grace-full Eternal Sunset on my ring and pinky fingers. I’m fairly sure that I used 3 thin coats. Continue reading
Morning all! Super quick posting today for you with Femme Fatale Blue Within Blue Eyes, China Glaze Japanese Koi, Formula X Hyped.
Femme Fatale Blue Within Blue Eyes is a thermal polish that shifts from a cream-ish base to blue. I also noticed a slight purple in there too! Continue reading
Hi everyone! Just a quick few pictures of Femme Fatale Cosmetics Glass Coffin and Indigo Bananas Call Me Mabel Oops to show you today. Kids are getting out of school this week and my household is in chaos!
Glass Coffin is a thermal polish that changes from a warm blue to cool purple, and you can see the beautiful green shimmer in it as well in the macro above. This is 3 thin coats plus top coat. No complaints about formula.
Indigo Bananas Call Me Mabel (oops) is a pale champagne holographic polish. This was originally a pink polish which had a fading base (I believe). I adore this shade! This is 3 thin coats plus top coat. Formula was a bit thin.
Shown above is Glass Coffin in the more cold state.
I hope your week is going less chaotic than mine! Hopefully I can survive this crazy week. All the best!
Happy Friday everyone! 🙂 I hope you’ve had a good week. I had my eyebrows tinted & waxed last night and I’m so happy to have them done. It’s like, yay, I have eyebrows and I don’t have to fill them in! 🙂 Today I have Femme Fatale Cosmetics Haunting Spectre to show you, which I purchased from Color4Nails.
Haunting Spectre was the October 2015 Color of the Month. I’ve been trying to branch out into more unique shades and I’m glad I picked this one up.
This is an olive green base with gold-orange shimmer and holographic glitter. It also seems to have a dusty blue-green tinge to it in certain lights.
I’ve used 3 thin coats plus top coat for these pictures. Formula was good, just a tad thick but otherwise no issues with application.
Unfortunately this is out of stock at Color4Nails, but check out their selection of other polishes while you’re over there. They carry a lot of brands that are not USA based, at a reasonable price, with fast shipping. Plus, if you have 4 items (or more) in your cart, your order ships free. 🙂
It’s Friday, woohoo! Isn’t it nice when the weekend comes? There’s just something about the weekend – the air smells sweeter, the day feels freer…*sigh* At any rate, let’s take a gander at another beautiful polish, this one is Femme Fatale Cosmetics Sunset Dreams of Ice Cream, purchased from Color4Nails.com.
Sunset Dreams of Ice Cream is a polish that I just had to have. I saw Lisa from Cosmetic Sanctuary‘s swatch of it, and I just put it in my Color4Nails.com cart right away.
Sunset Dreams of Ice Cream is a ‘pinky apricot color base with matte pink glitters, golden shimmer and multicolor holographic and gold glitter.’
I’ve used 2 coats plus top coat for these photos, but I think I could have used 3 coats for a bit more coverage and depth. I love how the pink glitters really add a bit more oomph to the sheer base. It was a bit thick of a formula, for me personally.
This has to be one of the more creatively named polishes I’ve bought in awhile, and it’s still in stock at Color4Nails.com! What’s the last creatively named polish you’ve bought?
