Queen of the Roses birthday nail art

Hi everyone! It’s my birthday, woohoo! πŸ™‚ It’s also Lazy Mom’s Day, and that can’t be a coincidence, right? πŸ˜‰ I just had to share with you my nails for today because I feel like it. πŸ˜› I’ve used KBShimmer nail decals, Pahlish Test Batch: Rainbow Room, a Daily Charme charm, and OPI polishes.Β Now that I look at this, it makes me think of a mani that the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland would wear!

On my index and middle fingers, I used three thin coats of Pahlish Test Batch: Rainbow Room. I literally received this in the mail yesterday and I just had to use it. On my middle finger, I used a crown charm from Daily Charme, because who doesn’t want to feel like a queen on their day? (I think this was a gift, but I can’t remember!) πŸ˜›

On my ring finger, I used this decal from KBShimmer. I should have gone with a black polish underneath but, you live and learn. On my pinky and thumb, I started off with OPI Alpine Snow. Then I used spiral decals (which, FFS, I’m never using again because they areΒ such a PITA to use and apply). After which I sponged on OPI Hey Baby, Dutch Tulips, and Over & Over A-Gwen. I wanted the spiral to look like an abstract rose, but it pretty much just looks like a spiral. πŸ˜›

Anyway, I hope you’re all ready for a great weekend! I’m going to have lunch with one of my sisters and then who knows what the day has in store? Have a great one!

Pahlish Little Bread and Butterflies skittelette manicure

Bonjour readers! Did I ever tell you of my laziness when I was a senior in high school? All four years, I took spanish in high school and my senior year I decided to take French I. Easiest class I ever took! Anyway, I have a super bright and fun skittlette manicure to show you with Pahlish Little Bread and Butterflies.

Little Bread and Butterflies is a super bright yellow (with a tinge of green) nail polish with multi-color pastel flakies. I paired it with tribal nail vinyls from KBShimmer and purple square studs from Daily Charme (umm don’t ask where I got that silver diamond-ish shaped stud, I have no idea!).

I received so many compliments on this manicure, and it could not have been easier because of the vinyls! Isn’t it nice when you don’t have to expend a lot of energy to have a really great manicure?

1/2 + 1/2 pedicure with holographic studs

Good Monday morning, all! Did you have a fantastic weekend? Our family went to a local renaissance faire at the zoo yesterday and just had a blast…it was my first one and I’m so glad we went. πŸ™‚

Today I have a fun sparkly pedicure for you! Lately I’ve just really wanted my toes to be super pretty and fun, so they’ve been pretty jazzy. πŸ˜›

half and half pedicure with holographic studs | Be Happy and Buy Polish

I started off with Jessica Cosmetics Starfish Glow (pink-coral) on half of each toe, and Jessica Cosmetics Dynamite Teal on the other half. I then used Pahlish What a Terrible World over both colors. Lastly, I used holographic silver dots from daily charme [gift] down the middle where the two creme polishes met, and topped with top coat.

I think I wore this for about two weeks and none of the dots ever fell off! I was really impressed with how flat they lay on the toenail. If you’re interested in them, you can purchase them here.

What are you rocking on your toes lately? I hope it’s something that makes you smile! πŸ™‚
