Colors by Llarowe How About a Brownie Dogg [February 2019 Polish Pickup Pack], 2 coats
1 coat of QDTC
Holy Hera, this polish! ❤ So freaking gorgeous. I know quite a few people who say that this is a One-Coat Wonder (OCW) for them, but I had a few patches on the first coat, so I guess I just got in a hurry.
Polish ‘M Cabin Fever, 3 coats
L.A. Colors Graphite, 2 coats
L.A. Colors Gleaming, rose color
Colors by Llarowe Fake Tan Man [Polish Pickup Pack October 2018], 1 coat over Graphite and over Gleaming
This is not my own design, I’m sure that the original is yagala’s (or Sveta Sanders) but I cannot, for the life of me, find the original tutorial. Wait…I finally found it! Here it is. 😀
Good morning, my wonderful readers! How is your weekend going so far? Have you started to celebrate early? 😉 We are off to have a good Saturday with my husband’s family, but first, here are my mani & pedi for today.
For my manicure, I started off with Pretty & Polished White Hot from the July box. This kind of finish isn’t my favorite, but since I was partially covering it up, I’m okay with it. This is 2 coats.
It has a really pretty green shimmer though that I couldn’t really capture, unfortunately.
I then used P&P True Blue and Red-y.Set.Go! (both from the July box) and wavy lines and stars from You Polish (press sample) to create a flag.
This is so pretty in the sunshine! I am in so much love with True Blue – I can tell it’s going to be a favorite of mine.
For my pedicure, I used the Little Miss Independent nail polish trio from Colors by Llarowe, plus China Glaze Fairy Dust. I know, the picture is taken at a strange angle, but I can’t take pictures of my feet anymore (thank you, baby bump!) so my husband had to take this photo for me. LOL.
Well, I hope you have a great day today, and be safe out there!
Good morning everyone! I hope you are enjoying the weather, wherever you are. We are gearing up for kind of a busy week ahead of us, sometimes it’s nice to just sit and relax at the end of the day. 🙂
Awhile back, Lauren from You Polish had reached out to some nail bloggers who are parents, to see if they’d be interested in reviewing some “Mommy & Me” nail vinyl decals. I jumped at the chance, because not only do I love to do my nails, my little girl loves to have her nails done as well. 🙂 I was sent three different sheets to try out:
Bows, spirals, and mermaids (full sheet):
Cupcakes, butterflies, straight lines (I was sent a half-sheet):
Hearts, stars, and wavy lines (half sheet):
I love the fact that each decal and lines set are made in several different sizes for those small child fingers, and my fingers as well. The lines and cut-outs were a little hard to separate from each other – make sure you have an exacto knife handy.
