Good afternoon everyone! Is your Thursday afternoon going well? I’m currently waiting for my contacts to finish cleaning (I stuck them in solution that you have to let sit for 6 hours), so I’m wearing my broke down glasses that I hate. LOL! I’m going to show you my fruit nail art and tell you what I’ve used – and THEN I’ll tell you what the nail art is supposed to be. I want to see if you’ll “get it”. 🙂
For my pointer and pinky fingers, I’ve used Milani Splendid Strawberry with Sinful Colors Mint Tropics. For my middle and ring fingers, I’ve used Sinful Colors Snow Me White and Black on Black.
So have you guessed what fruit I’ve tried to do? Or do you give up? It’s a favorite fruit of mine: dragonfruit! Though, it doesn’t really look too much like it. LOL. You can check out a fruit basket of nail art by clicking through to the link-up. Until tomorrow,
Good morning loves! It’s mid-week, are you doing okay so far? It’s going to be another hot day here, so once again I’m trying to get stuff done before the heat hits. Today’s nail art prompt is a negative space mani, and I have to admit that I struggled with this one. Let’s take a look:
I’ve used Wet n Wild Here Comes Trouble (blue), A Blank Canvas (white), and A Venice Day (yellow). I have no idea where I was going with my design, that’s probably part of the problem! LOL 😛 What are your thoughts about this manicure, is it a win or fail?
If you’d like to see more negative space manicures, check out the link-up! Until tomorrow,

Hi all! Are you having a great day? I hope so! Today’s prompt for the OMD2 Nail Art Challenge is ‘feathers,’ and I’m not quite sure I like what I’ve done. Let’s check it out!
I’ve started out with 2 coats of Jessica Cosmetics Dynamite Teal. I freakin’ love this color! I then sponged a gradient with Dynamite Teal, Banana Peel, and Monsoon Melon. Lastly, using Jessica Sharktooth and Sunset Blvd., I created the feathers. I was trying to recreate this picture I found, but it looks nothing like that. LOL!

Good morning everyone! I hope your weekend was amazing, ours was H-O-T! We’re heading into the home stretch of the OMD2 Nail Art Challenge, and today’s prompt is “animal print.” I took my cue from Citizens of Beauty, who had a great casual summery look the other day.
I really just kind of went “whatever” with my spots and tried not to think too hard about them. 🙂 I’ve used OPI Don’t Pretzel My Buttons for the base of all nails except the accent nail. I used OPI Black Onyx for the leopard spots; the accent nail is OPI Innie Minnie Mightie Bow; lastly topped off with OPI top coat.
I hope you enjoyed my simple animal print for today, I hadn’t done one in a long while! Check out these other great manis by clicking here. Tomorrow’s manicure will be ‘feathers,’ so until then,
Good morning my lovely lot of readers! It’s going to be a hot day here, so I’m trying to get everything done this morning when it’s at least a little cooler. 🙂 Today’s nail prompt is ombre, and to be honest, I had to look up the difference between ombre and gradient. (I found this website, which was really helpful, btw.)
I’ve decided to do an ombre gradient! I’ve used Mentality Gelato, Lollipop, Royalty, and Divergent. It’s not perfect, but I like it! If you want to check out more ombres, check out this link here. I hope you have a great day, and until the next time,
