Hey everyone! I just got back home from a super relaxing and super needed staycation weekend. I realized it has been 3 years, 11 months [not that I counted or anything] since I’ve gone anywhere without at least 1 kid attached to me and that’s just too long! I know you’re here for swatches of the newest Sally Hansen Mega Strength polishes though, so we will chit-chat at another time. 😀
First though, I want to talk about this brush. I love brushes like this because they are literally perfect for my nail: covers my whole nail in three strokes, and doesn’t get fussy at the edges. I’m in love *sigh* ❤
Wild Card, 1 coat over Rise Up
Wild Card, 1 coat between coats of Class Act
Wild Card could be a full-coverage glitter, I thought about showing it that way and then realized I just didn’t want the hassle of removal. *shrugs* [I just got back from vacation, what do you want from me? 😛 ]
Rise Up, 2 coats
She-Ro, 2 coats
This self-levels nicely.
Class Act, 2 coats
This is more sheer than I expected it to be, it’s definitely a jelly polish.
Slay All Day, 2 coats
Persis-tint, 1 coat over She-Ro
Persis-tint, 3 coats with 1 coat of Sally Hansen Mega Strength Ultra Shine Top Coat
This is my current mani, and I’ll be doing a wear-test on this. Check back later in the week to see how it did with the Mega Strength base and top coat!
I’m really digging what Sally Hansen is doing lately with all of their nail polish lines; this one is no exception. There are a mind-blowing 30 shades available in the Mega Strength line! I know I’ve spotted a display of these at one of my CVS stores, I’m going to see what other colors are available. Have you spotted them out in the wild yet?
Thanks for highlighting that brush cause it really is fantastic. It’s kind of the same brush that China Glaze has now. I am very happy with both. I can tell you that I loved She-Ro so hard that I now have it on as a pedi color. The formula on these was sooo good. 100% impressed.
She-Ro is my second favorite color! I’m excited to look for more shades in this line, and that hasn’t happened in a awhile with a mainstream brand.
