Sinful Colors 2415 Holla At Ya Buoy, 1 coat as a base
Sinful Colors 2337 Concrete Jungle Transforming Top Coat
Tonic Polish Hush
This is one of these manis that is coming off right away. I just did it today and already I’m so irritated with it that come tomorrow morning, I’m taking it off. 😀 Don’t get me wrong, it’s pretty and the colors go well together (I think), but overall, I think it’s too dark to see the colors individually; plus it chipped almost right away (dang dish duty!). (P.S. Hey look, it isn’t a magnetic mani!! 😛 )
I created this mani by using decals that I made on a plastic baggie. I use baggies because I find it gives me greater freedom in manipulating how large the decal ends up. What I did was dot each color on the baggie in a concentric area, overlapping a bit so they ran together. Then I smooshed the baggie together just a tad so the Transforming Top Coat could do its work! I let each decal dry; applied 1 coat of Holla At Ya Buoy to each nail then placed a decal carefully on each nail. (Does that make sense? I’m tired.)
If I have one takeaway for you in this post it’s that you should go out and find Holla At Ya Buoy right away and buy it. ❤ Formula was a dream, and almost a One-Coat Wonder (OCW). I think I’m going to have to circle back to Hush, I feel like I didn’t get to appreciate it’s full beauty in this manicure.
