Morning everyone! I hope you have had a great weekend and are ready for the week. 🙂 My husband’s car broke down (again), and he fixed it (again), plus we did a whole bunch of running around which basically that feels like all my life is anymore. But, it’s a new week full of new adventures. 🙂 Today’s manicure is one that I was inspired by a manicure from Nail Polish Society (who comes up with some of the best manicures, I think).
I started off with 2 coats plus top coat of CrowsToes Nail Color Milquetoast on my index finger. This applied a bit bumpy but there was good glitter coverage (yes those two things are connected). Of course I don’t think my super short nail helped either.
On my middle and ring fingers, I applied 2 coats of China Glaze What I Like About Blue. The formula was a bit finicky and you have to work fast, otherwise it could be a bit draggy. I then used some old KBShimmer decals on top, filling in some of the flowers with KBShimmer I Never Wood Have Guessed.
On my pinky and thumb, I used 3 coats plus top coat of KBShimmer I Never Wood Have Guessed. I don’t think this polish liked my base coat because I could not get it to not be draggy, which I’ve never had a problem with KBShimmer before.
This has such a fun fall vibe to it and I’m glad I took inspiration from Emily! 🙂
I really like the look o f these nails.
This is lovely and I love the color combo!
