Hey all! I found a bunch of photos of Pahlish test batches I’d taken a long time ago so I thought I’d better get them up to show you. Included in this post are: Brittanica, Sea Glass Beach, Wild Roses, Pinewood, Moderne, and Fido.
Brittanica, good consistency and self-leveling. 2 coats and no top coat
Sea Glass Beach, good consistency but a bit patchy; dries satin. 2 coats plus top coat
Wild Roses, applies sheer but has good consistency; dries satin. 3 coats plus top coat
Pinewood, applies a bit thin but has good coverage in 1 coat; dries matte. 2 coats plus top coat
Moderne, good consistency but the flakies get lost in the mix; dries matte. 2 coats plus top coat (almost One-Coat Wonder)
Fido, applies thin and kind of patchy; flakies apply nicely. 2 coats plus top coat
Sorry for the short & sweet post today, hope you understand! My favorite here is probably Pinewood, which has a nice pink shimmer, and Fido, which is every purple lover’s dream!
