Influenster Rosy VoxBox

Happy Sunday everyone! I meant to post about this Influenster VoxBox uhmmm….a while back but between the children, and house, and hubby, and well life – it never happened. But in case you’re interested in the products in this Rosy VoxBox then I’ll give you the what’s up!

*I did receive this box for free, compliments of Influenster for testing purposes.*

Influenster Rosy VoxBox | Be Happy And Buy Polish

Included in this box was: Fancy Feet Ball of Foot Cushions, Secret Clinical Strength Deodorant, Not Your Mother’s Beach Babe Soft Waves Sea Salt Spray, Purell Advanced Hand Sanitizer Naturals, and Vera Wang fragrances.

Fancy Feet Ball of Foot Cushions Influenster Rosy VoxBox | Be Happy And Buy Polish

First was the Fancy Feet Ball of Foot Cushions. I still haven’t used these! Don’t shoot me. I hate being that reviewer that gets stuff and then doesn’t actually review them but I swear, I have a good reason.

They’re called children 1-4. Seriously though, I opened them up to use them (because I have multiple pairs of heels/platform shoes) and then a child knocked them off from where they were sitting and lost one of them under the dryer. :/ But the remaining one seemed like it would be thin enough to use without causing your foot to be too squished. I would purchase these – and it’s fairly inexpensive at around $5.50.

Purell Advanced Hand Sanitizer Naturals Influenster Rosy VoxBox | Be Happy And Buy Polish

Okay, onto product two that I never have used and I promise I won’t use the same excuse as product one. Purell Advanced Hand Sanitizer seems nice enough but I don’t use hand sanitizers. Like, ever. First I don’t like how they make my hands feel and I don’t like how they dry and make my hands feel afterwards. Second…umm, where was I going with this? Oh yeah, in my opinion only, I think that plain ole soap & water usually does the trick and people should lessen the amount of antibacterial soaps & sanitizers they use. Yes, there is a time & place for these types of products (camping? cross country driving & you go to a portapotty?) but I rarely am in a situation which would warrant them (I’m not a camper and I hate to travel). Okay, blah blah blah I never used this.

Secret Clinical Strength Deodorant Influenster Rosy VoxBox | Be Happy And Buy Polish

Now onto products I did use! First up in Secret Clinical Strength Deodorant. I gotta say, I had high expectations for this as a postpartum mom because between the baby nursing and being held, I’m a sweaty person! But, it didn’t really work. I usually use Dove deodorants because they stand up to my sweaty self and this doesn’t stand up for me all day. I would not purchase this.

Not Your Mother's Beach Babe Influenster Rosy VoxBox | Be Happy And Buy Polish

Next up is Not Your Mother’s Beach Babe Soft Waves Sea Salt Spray. First up, this smells. Like a chemical banana. I absolutely loathe banana smell so this was really unpleasant for me. I used it on damp hair and it did help bring back my curls a bit. It does feel like it leaves a residue when I get my hair wet in the shower that makes my hair feel straw-like at the ends. :/ So even though it works in some ways, I wouldn’t purchase this.

Vera Wang Embrace Fragrances Influenster Rosy VoxBox | Be Happy And Buy Polish

Last is the pair of Vera Wang fragrances. The green tea & pear blossom smells more of pear and not green tea. It also has an almost alcohol after smell. It’s hard to describe. The periwinkle & iris scent was kind of powdery smelling, but you can definitely smell the iris note. There’s also a faint sweet note to it. Overall, I liked (and more importantly my husband liked) both. I would purchase either of these – and they’re fairly inexpensive (for perfume) at around $30.

So, tell me, do you use any of these products? Let me know your thoughts!
