Happy Saturday to you! 🙂 How was your week? I somehow aggravated the nerves in my right (dominant) arm and so my arm from my elbow down into my hand have hurt like crazy! So I’m going to keep this short and sweet. This is the second month that I’ve been able to be a Glamour Doll Eyes Insider, which means that I’m sent 6 eyeshadows to use in 4 different looks over a period of time. Today I’ll show you a look I created with It’s So Fluffy, Bella Donna Remix, and Rocket.
IT’S SO FLUFFY is a white-pink shimmer eyeshadow with blue sparkles. Described on the site: “sheer pale pink with a golden purple shift and blue sparkle.”
Bella Donna Remix is a minty green shimmer eyeshadow with gold sparkle. Described on the site: “sea foam green with a green shift and tons of copper sparkle.”
Rocket is a grey-green eye shadow with gold shimmer. Described on the site: “almost a gray with blue and dark dark purple undertones with gold shimmer.”
From top to bottom: It’s So Fluffy, Bella Donna Remix, Rocket. On the left side is over NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk, on the right side is over GDE Foil Me.
I started with a base of It’s So Fluffy all over. I then used Bella Donna Remix just on the lid and Rocket in the crease and outer corner. (In the interest of full disclosure, my eyebrow has a photoshopped spot on it. There was a white spot that I didn’t know about until I went to edit my photos. This is the first time I have ever photoshopped any of my photos, and I will always be upfront and honest with you when I need to do so.)
For my eyeliner, I used Rimmel Scandal Eyes 003 Brown. Mascara is Too Faced Better Than Sex.
For my lips, I used an unnamed City Color with Maybelline Vivid Matte in Nude Thrill. (I promise I did not do matchy-matchy with my shirt on purpose!)
All three of these are available currently on the GDE website. You can used the code JW25 for 25% off your purchase on Glamour Doll Eyes. [This is an affiliate code.] Plus, any purchase over $10 (after code) gets a free gift with purchase!
I’d love to know what you think of this look. Is minty-green an eyeshadow color you’ve ever used?
