Good afternoon everyone! Is your weekend going alright? My older two kids, husband, and father-in-law went to go cut down on Christmas tree (though we won’t be putting it up for awhile). So the baby & I are just chilling at home. 🙂 How about a few photos of OPI Gelato On My Mind?
This is 2 coats with no top coat. The formula is kinda jelly-ish, and a little streaky.
I was super excited to get my hands on this because I really liked all the photos I saw, but to be honest, I’m a little disappointed with it! I’m not sure if it was because of the formula, or what.
Before you go, let me know your thoughts on this polish! And be sure to check out what the Beauty Blog Coalition members did this week:

Such a gorgeous robin egg blue color that is.
I also have seen wonderful photos of this polish and I bought it. I haven’t swatched it yet, though. I was so happy that OPI had made this color since I don’t think they do pale blue polishes that often, if at all. I know a lot of the lighter, pastel polishes are streaky and sometimes difficult but I was hoping OPI had made one with a good formula. Still, it is a pretty polish!
But..but…but it’s so pretty on you! lol I don’t recall this being too much of a pain, but it’s probably because my brain is already pre-programmed to expect the worst any time a light/pastel blue is involved. I picked this up for Jessica (Once Upon a Polish) because we both figured it was as close as we could get to What’s With the Cattitude? I have no doubt that I’ll keep wearing this one just because I love the color. Maybe next time I wear it I’ll pay a little more attention to the formula.
