Good afternoon, my beautiful readers! 🙂 I have three polishes from a new-to-me brand, Serum No 5, to show you today: Infrared, Glowin’ of Eden, and Friendly Tiffs.
*Programming Note* I had quite a few polishes I wasn’t able to show you in 2015, so I’ll be trying to get those posted over the next couple of weeks.
To start off, Serum No 5 have shorter brush handles (stems? what do you call that, I’m blanking!) and brushes in their polishes that I’m used to. It isn’t a big deal, but just something I thought I’d note. All swatches shown with Serum No 5 A Need For Speed top coat. None of my glow in the dark shots came out, but my black light shots did, so I’ve included those.
First up is Infrared, a super bright red coral polish that glows in the dark. Wowzers is all I’ve got to say! This is 3 coats, thinner of a formula than the other 2.
Next is Glowin’ of Eden, a lovely minty green glow in the dark polish. This has a bit of a thick formula, shown here in 3 coats:
Last is Friendly Tiffs, a beautiful Tiffany blue polish. I thought I’d show you the bottle shot first so you could see the flecks and shimmer up close:
What are your thoughts of these three polishes? I have to say that having a cool GITD polish like Glowin’ of Eden has made me popular with my kids. I used it and a black polish for nail art when I went rollerskating with my boyo and he absolutely loved it. He kept asking to look at my nails!
The quick dry top coat, A Need For Speed, must not agree with my nail chemistry or something, because it definitely was not quick drying for me.
