Pirate Nail Art Challenge: Treasure Maps

Good morning scurvy dogs! Yesterday you got to see a peek at my roomful of treasure and today ye’ve stolen my treasure map! Well, let’s just see how far that gets you!

Seriously, I used so many polishes for today’s look. In no particular order: OPI Did You ‘Ear About Van Gogh, OPI A-taupe The Space Needle, OPI Suzi Says Da!, OPI Got the Blues For Red, OPI Nein Nein Okay Fine, OPI Here Today Aragon Tomorrow, Verity Lite Brown, and Wet N Wild Black Creme. *phew*

I tried to recreate burnt edges to my map, not quite sure how that turned out. LOL. And oh dear, it seems that where “x” marks the treasure seems to be burnt out, so you only have a general idea where me treasure lays!

Don’t forget to check out everyone else’s treasure maps for today’s prompt:

I’d love to know what you think of my treasure map! I’m kind of reminded of the map in “The Goonies”. So, I’ll leave you with a gratuitous gif of The Truffle Shuffle (link edited 😦 )

  1. Ahh! The scorch marks! I almost just can’t even! And then you go and throw a Shuffle gif in there too… I’m dying! I’m going to go ahead and add some headcanon, following where I started yesterday with Anne’s sunken treasure nails… So, now I think it was YOUR crew who attacked Anne’s ship. As a result of that skirmish, your treasure map was obviously somewhere near the powder keg storage, and when Anne’s seadogs returned fire, they hit your kegs, the kegs blew, and your map was damaged!
