Dance Legend High Hopes swatches + review

purchased myself button2014 favorite button | Be Happy And Buy PolishGood morning guv’nor! (Don’t ask, I think I’m just in a weird silly mood. 😛 ) It’s a gorgeous Saturday morning and I’m feeling fine. 🙂 Not sure what the day holds, what are you going to be up to?

Today’s polish is a new-to-me brand, Dance Legend. I kept reading rave reviews and seeing beautiful swatches (I’m looking at you, Love.Varnish!) and I had to order a couple. I’ll have Dance Legend Holy Diver in a few weeks, but today I have High Hopes for you.

High Hopes is a light pink polish. I didn’t realize when I bought these polishes that this is actually a clear-tinted base with holographic particles in it. It is jam-packed though! This is 3 coats, with OPI top coat, inside a lightbox:

Outside, weak sunlight (it was the best the sun had to offer on that day!):

What do you think of this polish? I’m usually not much of a pink polish person, but since it is such a light colored polish, I actually like it! I hope you have a good rest of your day,

  1. I have been trying to stay away from trying this brand out of fear. lol I think they have some really pretty polishes, but I just don’t need one more brand to obsess over. I like the look of this polish! It has a foil/flake look to it and it’s just unique.
