Good morning all! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I was blown away by the “Share the Love” movement between bloggers and brands on facebook, and I woke up this morning to over 2600 likes. What a way to wake up!
I have to show you today the January duo from Pahlish, called One Last Bow, a Doctor Who themed duo. Since these two come together, I decided to put them on my nails together!
Eleven’s Hour is Now Over is a dark charcoal jelly with iridescent flakes and a silver shimmer; shown is 2 coats. The Clock is Striking Twelve’s is a glitter topcoat in a clear base with “a mix of gunmetal and holographic gunmetal glitters accented by small black hex and small matte gray squares with a dose of iridescent rainbow flakes”; shown is 3 coats. I smoothed them down with Nail Pattern Boldness’ Glitter Food (though Eleven didn’t need smoothing).
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t completely sold on the glitter topper when I saw it online, but in person, I love it. The iridescence completely makes it so pretty! The formula on both of these was totally flawless.
I then used Nail Vinyl‘s chevron vinyls and switched it up a bit.
With a shiny topcoat, both of these polishes just jump out in terms of prettiness! I am so glad that I ended up buying this duo, and if you want it too, check back on Friday at 7p.m. Central at pahlish.com.
What are your thoughts about this lovely duo? I admit, I do love Eleven’s Hour is Now Over with a matte topcoat. Tomorrow I will finally have my FingerFood’s Theme Buffet #3: Weather.
