12 Days of Xmas Manis: Bells

Good morning everyone! I hope you are having a fantastic Monday morning. I’m sitting here with a cup of coffee, attempting to wake up enough to type a (hopefully) coherent post.

This morning’s theme is bells. I really didn’t know what to do, but I wanted to keep it simple. I started off with three thin coats of Color Club Berry & Bright. It is a great red with a bit of purple & pink sparkle, and to my surprise is scented! I don’t know what it’s supposed to smell like, it just smelled sweet to me.

I then used Color Club striper You’re Golden to create the bells. I then added ellagee My Sweet Romantic Teenage Nights to You’re Golden for shading.

Even though these are fairly simple, I’m really happy with how they turned out! The whole time I was doing this mani, I was singing “I heard the bells on Christmas Day”, so I have to share my favorite version of this song, sung by Suzy Bogguss and accompanied by Chet Atkins:

Don’t forget to check out the rest of the manis for today:

Well, that’s it for me today, I hope you have a great start to your week! Until the next time,

  1. I tried so hard to make bells last week and my hands and nail polish would not cooperate! I have tremors too, so that didn’t help! LOL!! You nailed it! Super awesomeness!!!
