OMD Rather Awesome Challenge: Day 6 Neons

Good morning! I hope you are all well. Thankfully, I slept peacefully last night with no nightmares! Except today, working on this neon manicure was a bit of a nightmare. I had one ready to go, then I thought it was too simple. So I’ve saved it for another day, and tried a neon gradient. After a couple false starts, it actually came out fairly well! I’m really liking it. ๐Ÿ™‚ I used 4 colors from the Sinful Colors Bright Essentials Collection: High Strung (green), Clementine (orange), Eva So Bright (pink), and Burning Bright (blue).

I started off with 3 coats of High Strung. Now, when I first bought this and put it on my nails, I hated it. But 3 coats is perfect and gorgeous.

I then did a gradient on each nail. On my index finger, I used Burning Bright and Clementine. On my middle finger, I used Eva So Bright and Burning Bright. On my ring finger, I used Clementine and Eva So Bright. On my pinky finger, I used Burning Bright and Clementine again.

I hope that I can start doing more gradients, now that I’m getting a bit better at them! Be sure to check out the rest of the manicures for today by clicking here.

I’ll be back later today with the June/July Challenge from the Hobby Polish Bloggers Group, until then,
